Douglas K. Weible Named as Chairman & CEO
Douglas K. Weible has been named Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Fred Weber, Inc. The announcement was made at the 2012 Fred Weber, Inc. Board of Directors Annual Meeting on May 23, 2012.
Mr. Weible succeeds former Chairman & CEO Thomas P. Dunne, Sr., who retired from Fred Weber, Inc. after leading the company for nearly 30 years.

Doug has held various strategic positions at Fred Weber, and has a long and well established career with the company.
Upon graduation from college, he began his career with Fred Weber, Inc. as an Environmental Engineer, progressing through various executive management positions. In 2010, Doug was promoted to President and Chief Operating Officer of both material and construction operations. He has served on the company’s Board of Directors since 2000.
Doug holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri - Rolla.
He continues to be active in a number of organizations, serving on the boards of the Missouri Limestone Producers Association, the National Stone, Sand and Gravel Association, Young Presidents’ Organization, Junior Achievement of Mississippi Valley, Inc. and The Country Club of St. Albans. He also served on the board of the St. Louis Chapter of the Society of Explosives Engineers.
Doug and his wife Shelly reside in St. Albans, Missouri and are involved in several worthy causes, including Susan G. Komen for the Cure, the American Red Cross, and Junior Achievement of Greater St. Louis, Inc.
