One Million Man Hours
Company participates on Taum Sauk Dam project team without lost time accident
Ozark Constructors recently announced that its employees working to rebuild the Taum Sauk Upper Reservoir Dam participated on the project team that exceeded one million man-hours worked without a lost time accident on August 3, 2008. An employee celebration was held at the Taum Sauk Project site on September 22, 2008. At present, we employ nearly 600 supervisory, engineering and skilled union craft personally working on this project. Currently, the Taum Sauk project has over 500,000 man-hours earned toward achieving its second “million man-hours without LTA.”
