Route 364 Project - St. Charles County
Prime contractor Fred Weber, Inc. is currently constructing Phase II of the new Route 364 project in St. Charles County. The project consists of approximately 3.2 miles of upgrades between Harvester Road and Mid Rivers Mall Drive. Scope of work includes:
- 8 Bridges
- 5 Interchanges
- 165,000 SF of MSE Walls
- 885,000 CY of Class A
- 37,000 LF of Reinforced Concrete Pipe
- 85,000 CY of Concrete
- 338,000 SY of Concrete
- 14 Approved Value Engineering Proposals

Currently, crews have moved all traffic to the outer roads while construction continues on the main roadway. Phase II is expected to be completed by fall 2012.
Fred Weber, Inc. completed Phase I of the Route 364 Project from I-270 to Harvester Road in late 2003. Phase III was approved by the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission on August 3, 2011. The project will be awarded based on a design-build contract and will consist of construction between Mid Rivers Mall Drive and I-64. The project is projected to begin in late 2012 or early 2013.
