Fred Weber Quality Control employees have the technical know-how to utilize the most modern testing equipment to properly evaluate construction aggregates, asphalt and concrete. Our quality control facilities have the capacity to test for aggregate gradations and physical properties; to develop optimized asphalt mix designs; to evaluate asphalt density, asphalt extractions and related volumetric properties; and to evaluate concrete compression strength, concrete maturity and other related testing.

Key government agencies such as the Missouri Department of Transportation (MODOT), the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT), the Federal Aviation Authority (FAA), the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (COE), and other nationally recognized organizations such as the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) and the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO) have specific testing requirements, and Fred Weber's team of Quality Control professionals strive to consistently exceed these standards.
